Part B: How and When We Contact You

Service Messages

We'll always email you about things related to an order you've placed — order confirmations, shipping updates, and replies to anything you've asked us. These aren't marketing, and you can't opt out of them while you have an order with us.

Marketing Messages

We'll only send marketing emails (new products, offers, restocks) in one of two ways:

• You've opted in — for example, by ticking a box to join our mailing list.
• You're a recent customer — UK law (the "soft opt-in" under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) lets us email existing customers about similar products to what they've bought, provided we gave a clear way to opt out when you ordered, and give you one in every email. If you bought lighting from us, we might email you about other lighting — we won't use this to email you about something unrelated.

Opting Out

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing contact@haloandfield.com. This only stops marketing — you'll still get emails about any order you've placed. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how we handle your personal data.
