This Shipping Policy explains how we get your order to you, and your rights under UK law if delivery goes wrong. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Refund & Returns Policy.
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Some remote areas (such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands) may take longer to reach.
Delivery costs are calculated based on your order and delivery address, and shown clearly at checkout before you pay — never added as a surprise afterwards, in line with current UK pricing transparency rules.
Orders are typically dispatched within [1–2 business days] of being placed, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. During busier periods (such as sales or the run-up to Christmas), dispatch may take a little longer — we'll let you know if that's the case.
Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes [3–5 business days]. These are estimates rather than guarantees, as delivery also depends on our courier partners, such as [Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri].
Unless we've agreed a specific delivery date with you, UK law requires us to deliver within 30 days of your order being confirmed.
If we miss an agreed delivery date, or the 30-day default:
Your order remains our responsibility, at our risk, until it's in your physical possession (or that of someone you've nominated to receive it, such as a neighbour or a confirmed safe place). If your order is lost or damaged in transit using a delivery method we've arranged, that's ours to put right — not yours.
The only exception is if you specifically arrange your own courier that we don't offer as an option; in that case, risk passes to you once we hand the order to your chosen courier.
If tracking shows no movement, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at contact@haloandfield.com with your order number. We'll chase this with our courier and, if the parcel can't be located, arrange a replacement or full refund — this is ours to resolve, not yours to chase with the courier directly.
If your order arrives damaged, or something's gone wrong with it, this is covered by our Refund & Returns Policy and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — see that policy for how to get a repair, replacement, or refund.
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are your responsibility and aren't included in our prices or delivery charges, unless we say otherwise at checkout. International delivery times are typically longer than UK delivery and can be affected by customs processing beyond our control.
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we can't guarantee delivery to an address that was entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered (for example, due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts), we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may involve an additional delivery charge.
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.
