You agree to indemnify and hold Halo & Field, and our team, harmless from any claim or demand — including reasonable legal fees — made by a third party as a result of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or a third party's rights.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the rest of these Terms will remain in effect.
These Terms apply until terminated by either you or us. You may stop using our Services at any time. We may terminate or restrict your access if we reasonably believe you've breached these Terms, without notice; you'll remain responsible for any amounts due up to the date of termination.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms isn't a waiver of that right. These Terms, along with any policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy), make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, and supersede any earlier agreements or communications between us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away any protection you're entitled to under the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
